Compassionate Support When It Matters Most
We've been working with families across Kaohsiung for years, helping elderly parents maintain independence and supporting individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives. Our team understands that choosing care means trusting someone with what matters most to you.
Every person we work with has unique needs and preferences. We spend time getting to know your situation before suggesting anything.
How We Help Families
Different families need different things. Some need daily assistance, others want occasional support. Here's what we typically help with.
Daily Living Assistance
Most of our clients need help with routine tasks that have become difficult. We're talking about real, practical support that lets people stay in their own homes.
- Meal preparation with dietary preferences
- Personal hygiene and grooming
- Medication reminders and management
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Transportation to appointments
Companionship Care
Loneliness affects health more than people realize. Our team members spend quality time with clients, having conversations and doing activities together.
- Regular social interaction
- Hobby and interest support
- Walking and outdoor activities
- Family event accompaniment
- Cultural and community engagement
Specialized Support
Some situations require staff with specific training. We match you with someone who has experience relevant to your particular needs.
- Mobility assistance and transfers
- Post-surgery recovery support
- Dementia and memory care
- Chronic condition management
- Respite care for family caregivers
Our Matching Process
We don't assign people randomly. Finding the right caregiver makes all the difference, and it takes a bit of effort upfront.
I remember when Mrs. Huang first contacted us in late 2025. She was worried about her father living alone after a fall. We spent almost two hours at their home, just listening and understanding what mattered to them. Her dad loved discussing history and needed someone patient with his hearing difficulties.
We matched him with one of our caregivers who shares his interest in local history. Three months in, they're still talking about Kaohsiung's development every morning over tea.
Initial Consultation
We meet at your home or wherever feels comfortable. This conversation isn't about selling anything. We're learning about your daily routine, preferences, concerns, and what kind of personality would work well.
Personalized Matching
Based on everything we learned, we suggest one or two caregivers from our team. You'll get their backgrounds, experience, and why we think they'd be a good fit. No pressure to decide immediately.
Meet and Decide
You meet the suggested caregiver in a relaxed setting. Have a conversation. See how you feel about them. If it doesn't feel right, we'll suggest someone else. This decision shouldn't be rushed.
Ongoing Support
Once care starts, we stay involved. Regular check-ins with you and your family. Adjustments as needs change. Open communication if anything feels off. We're not disappearing after the first week.
What Families Tell Us
These are actual comments from people we've worked with. We asked if we could share their experiences.
Finding someone trustworthy to help my mother felt impossible. Zylmontrix took time to understand what she needed and her personality. The caregiver they matched her with has become like family. Mom actually looks forward to their time together now.
After my stroke, I needed help but didn't want to lose my independence. The support I receive is exactly what I need without feeling patronized. My caregiver respects my pace and encourages me to do what I can. That balance matters.
Let's Talk About Your Situation
Every family's needs are different. A conversation costs nothing and helps you understand your options. We can meet at your home, our office on Sanduo 3rd Road, or talk by phone first if that's easier.
Our consultation doesn't obligate you to anything. It's just a chance to ask questions and see if we might be able to help.
